  • Everyone's a critic....

    In this case it's Beckett.

I do wonder about the attitude of the dude who paid for the grading.

Were they hopeful that it wasn't all that bad? That the razor sharp corners would carry the day?

Or did they giggle to themselves for 6 weeks at the thought of someone hunched over their desk in Texas being paid to grade it?

Or maybe the owner is just way ahead of public perception....

A few years ago there was the the 83 year old amateur Spanish painter who tried to restore the local church's fresco, Ecce Homo. The results were middling at best as you can see, but...the resulting publicity has ended up causing a tourist boon and the redone image is now driving the local economy.

I suppose it is also possible that the owner just hates the Bruins and has no love for Bobby Orr, which I realise is blasphemy on these boards... but it's possible.

You can get in on the action for a cool $81.97... with free shipping!

I think something has been done to that card. Bobby Orr never had a blue beard.

1- Beckett doesn't know about qualifiers such as MK for a card that has some writting on it?

2- I love that he puts pop 1 of 2 in the description, it adds to the value.

3- He should have signed his artwork to add more value
