I say PSA it..if you aren't looking to resell for profit..it fits your collection better as a PSA item. If you plan to built PSA Set you will ultimately want it PSA slabbed.

Turk Broda Pinback - from the 1948 Pep pins group of 30. This was listed on Kijiji for $10. Pickup only in the Montreal area. I drove from Toronto last night to get it!! Well worth the drive! If you have any other early Canadian pinbacks - please let me know. Thank you to my Western Canada pinback friend for alerting me to it!!

What a deal you got on this one! And in my hometown too!
For your info, there are 20 in the set, 15 Canadiens and 5 Leafs.
I have a nice Bill Durnan available if interested.

That's super deal... and the condition looks great...

I would have picked it up for you and shipped it for $5. Cheaper than the money you spent on gas.

Does anybody have any other Leafs?

I had all 5 Leafs but let them go a little while back when I decided to focus on my Habs collection.
Broda, Ezinicki, Apps, Klukay and Watson

Thanks for the info on the Leafs pins. Did you keep pics of the Leafs pins? I have seen the Apps but not the other three.

This is the oldest Henri Henri schedule I've ever seen. The next oldest is 1951-52 (see below). Now I have to find the 6 schedules that were issued in between. Any help?

These schedule are not Pocket Schedules, and not meant to be placed in your shirt pocket, but rather Hat Schedules, and were intended to be placed in the brim of your hat. Henri Henri is a hat store located in the east end of Montreal. It still exists in the same location. Maybe this summer, I will go visit to show them mu June 2017 pick up and see if they have any others.

Here is a photo from the Henri Henri web site. Can you name the 4 "Cowboys"? No, they never played for the Nashville Predators.

Some very rare hockey pennants - opening night pennants for KC Scouts and Quebec Nordiques when they both came into the NHL in 1974 and 1979, a very rare 1963 LI Ducks EHL Champs pennant, and a pennant I never knew existed - a pennant from 1976 when the Caps and Scouts played each other in a little mini series in Japan after the regular season ended. The seals item is an actual California Seals game jersey crest given to Clarence Campbell in 1967 and the other items are a press pass from the first season, the envelope the crest came in - pretty sure that's Campbell's handwriting on it, and an advertisement promoting the Seals entering the NHL in 1967.Click image for larger version

I'd love to write one. Maybe someday. What's easier - is to probably setup a website.

You drove all the way from Toronto to Montreal just for one pin? Wow! You must be a huge pin collector.

What is so special about that Broda pin? How much does it normally sell for? I have seen the Maurice Richard pin go for $200 - $400 USD. Isn't the Richard pin the best one in the set?

I hardly ever see the Toronto pins from the Pep set up for sale. Can't remember when the last one was. Once you throw in the gas money - it still was a great deal as I have already turned down $600 cdn for it.
